January Spice!

Moroccan Spiced SoupWe have just launched three new delicious flavours of soups.  Goan spiced red lentil, coconut and coriander is my favourite and packs a real flavour punch with a nutty texture that has your tongue wanting more!  Chicken, vegetable and pearl barley broth is full of sweet soft leeks and slow cooked pieces of chicken.  Fresh chopped parsley is stirred through at the end just to add the appeal.

Finally, butternut squash cooked with mascarpone cheese and plenty of seasonal sage leaves.  We stir in a little polenta for a great texture which adds to that silky feel on your tongue.  Out in the shops from tomorrow and of course from Crumbs if you want them delivered to your door.  Enjoy.
