Ginger’s Kitchen was set up by David Cook in early 2009 with a desire to sell well sourced, hand-made, delicious tasting, innovative and high quality pre-packaged meals to delicatessens and small shops. As demand grew, one became three and in 2010 Tim Breden, Hayley Breden and David formed the Sussex Food Partnership. The Partnership was born from a mutual desire to cook the very best food using the finest ingredients in a beautiful Sussex setting. Ginger’s Kitchen is the first in the Sussex Food family and a few more are expected along the way.
